Wedding Day Services

Have you done all the planning already and just want someone with experience and expertise to orchestrate the wedding day, then allow us to help you along.

Our Wedding Day Only Services include:

The wedding director
An additional staff member to assist, more if needed
Telephone and email consulting
Custom timelines, checklists and contact sheets
A one hour walkthrough and finalization meeting for your reception
Confirmation of details the week of the wedding
Wedding rehearsal coordination
Organization and setup of ceremony, flowers distrubuted, line up of bridal party, cue and organization of reception line, cues and gifts.
